Returns Policy – July Sparks

At July Sparks, we strive for satisfied customers. If an order is not entirely to your liking, the statutory right of withdrawal, as stipulated in European consumer law, applies.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel an order up to fourteen (14) days after receipt without giving any reason. After this cancellation, the consumer has an additional period of fourteen (14) days to actually return the product to July Sparks.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must first contact July Sparks via info@julysparks.nl or the contact form on the website. Without prior notification, a return may be refused.

After notification, the consumer will receive further return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition and, to the extent reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging. Products must not be used, worn, damaged, or washed, and must include all original labels and tags.

If a product appears to have been used more than necessary to assess it, July Sparks reserves the right to charge a depreciation fee or refuse the return.

Return Costs and Risk

The cost of returning an order is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

The consumer is responsible for the return transportation. July Sparks is not liable for loss, damage, or delays of returns shipped via third parties.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, July Sparks will refund the amount due as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

July Sparks reserves the right to suspend the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken (such as underwear, body's or swimwear, if applicable).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products that have clearly been used or damaged by the consumer.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If an order is delivered damaged or incorrectly, the consumer must report this to July Sparks within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, attaching clear photos if possible. July Sparks will then ensure a suitable solution.
